When will my VIP package arrive?

Your VIP package(s) should ship within 48 hours (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) from Strange Music HQ in Kansas City, MO. You can contact us by phone at (816) 229-4700 x 7012 in case of an emergency.

How do I order my VIP package?

To order your VIP package, simply find the show below, that you want to be our guest at and enter the number of people attending in the Qty field. Then click the red "Add to Cart" button.

What time do I show up for the Meet & Greet?

Most Meet & Greets begin at approximately 3:00 PM local time. Please check the strangevip.com website the day before the show AND day of the show to confirm Meet & Greet times as they are subject to change.

How do I get into the Meet & Greet?

Your package will NOT include a physical Meet & Greet pass or Show Admission Ticket.

Your name will be added to our VIP guest list at the venue. When you arrive at the venue, proceed to the entrance at the scheduled start time of the Meet & Greet. Photo ID required. Please check the strangevip.com website the day before the show AND day of the show to confirm Meet & Greet times as they are subject to change.

What time do I show up for the Show?

Each show time is different. Please check the strangevip.com website for specific start times specific to your particular show/date.

How do I get into the Show?

Your package will NOT include a physical Meet & Greet pass or Show Admission Ticket. - instead, your name will be added to our VIP guest list at the venue. When you arrive at the venue, proceed to the Box Office or Will Call. Your name will be on Strange Music's VIP Guest list. Photo ID required.

What happens if I lose my VIP pass?

DO NOT LOSE YOUR SATIN PASS that you will receive at the Meet & Greet - they will NOT be reissued and are NOT replaceable. At many venues your satin VIP pass also allows you front-of-line access when doors open for admission to the show.

What should I bring?

Please do not forget your photo ID! Remember - your VIP pass will be available at the venue prior to the start of the Meet & Greet. This is your admission to the Meet & Greet as well as your ticket into the show. Please remember to bring any items you'd like to have autographed to the Meet & Greet session - this is a great opportunity to have your favorite Strange Music items personalized!

If you did not personally purchase your VIP Package (i.e. your parent bought it for you) you will need to bring your photo ID as well as a letter of verification, signed by the person who purchased it, providing permission for you to claim those tickets and be admitted into the VIP Meet And Greet as well as the show. Without the letter of verification, you will not be allowed into the VIP Meet and Greet or into the show.

How can I get more than 1 VIP Package?

Each VIP package is for 1 individual person only and does NOT include a guest. If you would like to have more than one person attend the VIP Meet & Greet, you must order more than one VIP Package.

What size will the T-Shirts be?

Each VIP Package includes 1 Limited Edition Hollywood and N9ne VIP T-Shirt and a pack of 6 mystery shirts. These come in Medium, Large, Extra Large, 2-XL or 3-XL. All shirts will be the same size for each package. No mixed sizes within one package. No Exceptions.

What size will the Slippers be?

Each VIP Package includes 1 Pair of Strange Music Inc Logo Slippers. These come in Medium, Large, Extra Large, 2-XL or 3-XL.

What should I do if I need help?

How much is shipping for each package?

Shipping and handling is $30 for EACH VIP package shipped inside the US. ($50 each shipped outside the US) For example, if you order 3 VIP packages inside the US, shipping will be $90 (3 packages x $30 per package = $90)

Customs, Duties, Fees & Taxes

Strange Music, Inc does not collect or pay any Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes on any international orders.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Substitutions

Strange Music reserves the right to substitute, at their sole discretion, items of equal or greater value in VIP packages and preorders. Substitutions will be based on inventory limitations.
